How To Enroll
Excalibur Classical Academy is now accepting applications for Fall 2026. We are enrolling scholars in kindergarten through third grade for our inaugural year.
1. Schedule an Information Session/ Family Interview
Visit our campus and experience the Excalibur difference firsthand. Meet our headmaster, ask questions, discuss your educational goals, and ensure Excalibur is the right fit for your family.
2. Submit Your Enrollment Application
Complete the online application, including basic family and student information, and state required documentation.
3. Enrollment Decision
Families receive a decision within two weeks. Accepted families receive an enrollment packet with all necessary forms, supply lists, and orientation details.
5. Welcome to Excalibur
New families attend orientation before the school year begins, meeting mentors, touring classrooms, and connecting with the community.
Tuition & Financial Assistance
Excalibur Classical Academy is a tuition-based private school. All enrolled students will be offered 100% scholarship our inaugural year through our founder endowment, our partnership with ACE Scholarships, and other assistance programs.
In subsequent years, 100% scholarships will be offered through our partnership with Ace Scholarships for all students who meet the criteria under the new federal Education Freedom Tax Credit law. Financial assistance will also be available for those families above the statutory limit.
